What is the cost to attend?

The 2010 OKHR Conference has been established to offer human resource professionals a local and affordable resource for obtaining valuable education. Are group discounts available?

Group discounts are available to groups of 10 or more! If your company registers 10 or more employees and submits payment at the time of registration, you will get a 5% discount on your total registration price. The group discount is for regular rates only and cannot be applied to the Early Bird or any other discounted rate. For more information, contact .

What does the registration price include?

The registration price includes unlimited attendance of all education sessions offered during all three days of the event, free access during the conference to our Exhibition Hall, kick-off dinner on May 5th, breakfast and lunch on May 6th and 7th, full access to three nationally known keynote speakers, and unlimited networking opportunities with over 400 state and regional human resource professionals.

What if I have to send someone in my place at the last minute?

To best accommodate your needs, the OKHR Conference does allow for substitution of registrations with certain restrictions. If the original registrant was eligible for a membership discount and the substitute does not meet the eligibility criteria, the substitute will be responsible for the balance of the registration fee and NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION must be provided in writing by original registrant or an authorized representative of the registrant’s organization either prior to or at the registration desk on the day of the event. What are the rules regarding cancellation of a registration?

We recognize that unforeseeable circumstances and emergencies do occur. Paper registrants must submit cancellations in writing to by April 23, 2010. A $50 fee ($25 for students) on cancellations received from on or before April 23, 2010. Cancellations after April 23, 2010 will be non-refundable.

How can payments be made?

We accept checks and credit cards. To pay by check, please make your check payable to Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management, and send it via US Mail, together with your completed registration form, to: Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management- P.O. Box 6661 Lawton, OK 73506. To pay by credit card, please register online.
