A #NoFilter Culture - Driving Performance through Communication and Honesty
We often recognize there is a problem in the workplace. We tend to think the problem is an employee or the workload or the market's down and our customers aren't buying right now. But the ultimate problem is workplace culture.
Driving the shift from a culture where problems went up the chain to one of performance, ownership and accountability can take time and tough conversations. If you are looking to eliminate gossip, drama and lack of performance from your organization and work in an environment of honesty, open communication, and clear responsibilities, this session is for you.
